Train-The-Trainer (T3)

The Michigan ASTD Training Institute announces the dates for the summer and fall sessions of Train-the-Trainer (T3). This course prepares new trainers with necessary training skills and introduces seasoned practitioners to the latest techniques for delivering powerful training.

The fundamentals of the course are based upon the ADDIE Instructional Design Model (Assessment, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Students are actively engaged in learning what happens before, during and after a training program is delivered. This successful program reflects current training trends and practices! Many organizations have enhanced their training capabilities by sending their staff to this course. By the end of this program, individuals will gain:

You should attend this program if you are new to training; lack a formal education in training; have been promoted or transferred into a workplace learning environment.

The registration fee for the T3 course is $925 per person. A discounted rate of $875 is available until for the summer session and for the fall session. Registration includes seven full days of instruction, participant manual, supplemental instruments and books for each module, and Michigan ASTD Training Institute’s Trainer Certification. Payment is due at time of registration.
