Creative Training – May 2010 Program
Is your training in need of a shot of creativity? Are you training in the same way day after day using the same tired design techniques? Are your training results “satisfactory,” yet you are striving for “outstanding” and need to find a way to get there?
On Wednesday, May 19, Mid-Michigan Chapter of ASTD offers new ideas to creatively increase the energy and learning during your training sessions. Our program, “Creative Training,” will be led by Kathleen Zeleznock, Sr. Employee Development Consultant, and Kara Walter, Employee Development Consultant, both from Consumers Energy. Kathleen and Kara will present and engage participants as they demonstrate techniques and strategies used successfully in Consumers Energy’s training programs.
“We developed this class to help our instructors design ways to deliver training that meets the needs of our client, keeps the attention of our adult learners who are extremely busy and constantly multitasking, and yet still delivers objectives in a short timeframe with limited resources. When we taught this class at Consumers Energy, it was a huge success, and our instructors have been able to share many ideas with each other, and successfully integrate these ideas into their training.”
